How do I measure my windows for blinds?

How do I know what size blinds I need?

What types of blinds do you offer?
We offer solar shades, roller shades, cellular shades, and dual shades.
How long will it take to receive my blinds?
Delivery times typically range from 15–21 days depending on your location and order complexity. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll find your tracking number in your account. We’ll also email it to you.
Can I change my order?
You can make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is in processing. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can still help with address updates.
What if my blinds are damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Log into your account and submit a claim under Order History.
Do you offer a warranty on your blinds?
Yes, we offer a lifetime limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Review our warranty details here.
How do I install my blinds?

Troubleshooting: My shade won’t go all the way up – Cordless Cellular Shade
1. Internal Cord Tangle: Look through the side for any knots or tangles. Gently pull down for slack and use tweezers to untangle. Test the shade afterward.

2. Reset the Mechanism: Pull the shade all the way down, then give a few firm tugs to reset the internal spring.

Note: If a cord is broken, log into your account and submit a problem report.
Troubleshooting: My shade won’t go all the way up – Cordless Roller, Solar or Dual Shade
Your cordless shade uses a tensioner system. Look for the adjustment wheel on the top left of the cassette:

• Turn the wheel toward you to increase tension (for loose shades).
• Turn the wheel away from you to decrease tension (for tight shades).
