Warranty
At ShadeCo, we stand behind the quality of our products. All blinds and shades are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty provided by our manufacturer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and within product specifications. Please review the warranty details below to determine eligibility for repairs or replacements.
What’s Covered:
• Defects in material and workmanship under normal use
• Lifetime Limited Warranty on manually operated headrails, brackets, and components
• Fabric and material defects under normal use for up to 5 years
What’s Not Covered:
• Misuse, abuse, alterations, or improper installation
• Fading, discolouration from sunlight or environmental exposure
• Humidity damage, salty air corrosion, or atmospheric changes
• Normal wear and tear
• Variations in texture, grain, or colour
• Damage from improper packaging during return shipping
Warranty Process
If your blinds arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

1. Contact ShadeCo as soon as the issue appears. You can submit your request by logging into your profile/account, and filling out the form provided in your previous orders section.

2. Please review the "What’s Covered" section above to ensure your product issue falls within the warranty coverage. Not all issues qualify for repair or replacement under the warranty terms. If the issue is not covered, repair costs and return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before submitting your request—we’re happy to help.

3. If covered, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

4. Keep the box: To avoid shipping damage, products are required to be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. Once your request has been approved you will me emailed a waybill to cover the shipping charges.

Note: Labour costs, including removal and reinstallation, are not covered.
